I really like the the sound of the recipe. I will have to Translate some of the ingredients from Australian to American.

Caspacium in American is Bell Pepper.
Sweet Paprika is standard paprika
Hot Paprika is, well hot.
Cornflour is not corn starch, it is finely ground corn flour, even finer than cornmeal.
Venison is deer meat.

I will use one of these for the venison.
