I do disagree with him on the Red Deer. Out of, Red, Sambar, Rusa, Fellow and Chittal, to me Red comes at the bottom of the heap by a good margin. There are 3 Zebra breeds and I forget which one, but one has yellow fat and I am told to avoid that. However, if I could get the good Zebra and Giraffe meat, I would not be eating beef. They are the two best tasting and textured meats that I have eaten. Have not tried Croc as every place that has it on their menu has been out of stock when I have been there. |
