Used to just take a bloody big esky & loads of ice if away for an extended time. Always had a cold beer or 3 ready to go after a long day. Hard to beat the old bacon & eggs in the morning & corned beef & pickles sandwiches for lunch. Easy to carry & never go off really. Was on a fishing trip up in the gulf many years ago now, Can't beat fresh barra on the barby at night! Yum!
