What its all about. The first successful use of my new slow cooker. A big crock of venison slow cooked casserole, using some fallow buck hock cuts and neck cuts, chunks of Kassler (pork), plus potatoes, carrots, red and green capsicum, cellery, mushrooms and good red wine.
