I do not know any German at all, looks like milk soaked liver & bacon with fried potatoes & spring onions in KNOBS of butter & plenty of pepper....YUM!
I like the presenter's style - even had a good wine organised whilst cooking!
Would be a lovely setting for a hunt & a few ales after putting your feet up for the night.
Very hard to top that gents isn't it
