You can make a delicious salmon spread by using smoked salmon, cream cheese, a your favorite spices. I like the best with just crumbled smoked salmon and cream cheese. Good stuff.

Never cared for lox. Just don't like the texture. It is a big deal here, especially at the finer restaraunts.
