Erik, you'll love the maple flavor just make sure you use the real stuff, not the imitation maple syrup. You can even add lemon/pepper to it if you want. What species do you get there? Vapo, I agree, some of the best salmon I have had was on a water soaked board set on a BBQ. It was real tasty. BTW- the salmon in my freezer was caught by me in Lake Michigan on the last day of July. We reeled in many nice big Chinooks that morning. |
