and Lake Michigan has some very fine salmon too.....I really miss fishing there.

However the best way to do salmon is in the BBQ.....(barbie for you down under) I've had some great baked salmon but in the webber is still the best way and it should be illegal to batter fry a salmon.....

I used to smoke them but getting them rolled up in those little papers was too much work.
