Glad you and your friends enjoyed it.

Now I have two "fresh" bunnies in the freezer and should give this recipe a re-try.

We are over run with rabbits at the moment, but Siegfried is doing his best to remove them when I'm not watching. And the little bugger hides and buries them hoping he is not seen as otherwise I might try to feed them to him later that night. He is fussy and only likes rabbits on rare occasions. Loves to kill them anytime though, even though he is a pointer and not supposed to chase.
