Pumpkin Damper Ingredients 1 concentrated Pumpkin Soup 2 eggs 500g Self Raising Flour 1 Pour soup into bowl and mix in eggs. 2 Add self raising flour. 3 Combine to make a soft dough. 4 Place dough into pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top. 5 Place in hot oven (with fan if you have it) for about 25 mins. 6 Eat warm with a nice piece of cheese. |
