Hunting: Recipes Bear Meatloaf 1/2 cup red pepper, minced 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup carrots, chopped 1 teaspoon marjoram 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 egg, beaten 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup bacon, chopped, raw 1/ 1/2 lbs. bear hamburger 1/4 lb. ground pork Salt & pepper to taste In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients and then form the bear-pork mixture into a sprayed or oiled meat loaf pan. Bake at 350˚F in a barbecue, over indirect heat, for about 1 hr. or until meat is firm and reaches an internal temperature of 150-degrees. Let rest 10 minutes and then slice and serve.
