Slow food is about quality ingredients, real flavour and some care in cooking. Not eating bland over-processed franchised foods. I think eating a hunted venison chop or steak cooked on a BBQ grill is excellent "slow food". Which would you prefer, a grilled venison steak cooked on a BBQ over coals with roasted potatoes or a "MacKing" MacBland Super Whopper with "fries" made from fat and flour? |
