Phillips Compliment accepted! Having visited Louisana a couple of times, I could die happy on Cajun and Creole cooking! But, we will stick to calling them "Yabbies", rather than "Crawfish"! Here is a recipe for cooking Crawfish Cajun-style that works perfectly well for Yabbies, Murray Crays and Marron (from Western Australia"!!) ![]() Hmmmh...now I can't wait for Yabby Season...the buggers hibernate in Winter! |
