I'm not selling wine retail at the moment.

When I do, I probably will only be selling shiraz and shiraz blends, maybe a grenache. Maybe a white or two in small quantities.

I have cab sauv vines, but would have to look at whether I bring out a straight cab sauv.

But I can very easily make a CS and have done so in the past, just not sure re boutique commercial quantities.
