I do not smoke or drink port however I enjoy single malt scotch and Highland Park 18yr old is my favorite; it is like honey. A good Pinot Noir or unoaked Chardonnay (from BC of course) is great with dinner and the rest of the evening and ANY cold beer is good after some hard work.
