Paati Honestly "payload" should have nothing to do with it. Drink good wine with good food and it will be a pleasurable experience. My wife is the CEO of Barossa Valley Estates. All of their wines I have tasted have been enjoyable at the different price points. St Hallett Wines make good reds and whites too. The Penfolds reds are usually fine drinking. Peter Lehmann Wines are usually fine too. Henschke Wines are almost always worth drinking. Really there are thousands of different labels. Some regions - Barossa for good shiraz, grenache and semillon. Eden Valley (part of the Barossa) for great rieslings. Coonawarra for excellent cabernet sauvignons. As a start. |
