It is the incandescent 50 lumens bulb, due to the small reflector it is quite difussed already.
The LED's are Nichias 5 mm, they provide soft flood light for about 8 yards.

The Surefire 6 P, G-2 etc which have a bigger reflector and 65 lumens will make more light at the 26 yards range, see the second post pictures for a comparison.
