Thanks for posting this, very interesting.

I have a Surefire L2 Digital LumaMax and a Mil-Tech Xenon Beam. Not sure about the specs on them.

The L2 I use every day and its light intensity is more of a floodlight and a little bit disappointing as a spot. But it has dual lighting so I use it on the low intensity most of the time as battery life is too short using the full beam and only when it is needed.

The Mil-Tech has a very powerful looking spot, but only one setting and I am lucky to get more than 30 minutes from it. Too costly on the batteries.
