My recommendation is the Garmin Oregon 650. It is small enough to fit in pocket but has a touch screen. This allows you to pan and zoom like a mobile phone with google maps. It has a camera and can act as a torch. The antennae is great and there are some energy saving features. I'm glad I lost my old 60csx. The buttons especially for Pan and zoom were terrible. It is very easy to put weigh points in and a 32Gb card with Garmin topographic and Birdseye if you want satellite.
