The only gadget I have is a PLB,in case I wander out of the way and do a fetlock or something over the hill.
Its still on the floor next to my desk from when I unwrapped it 6 weeks ago ha ha.

I tried that GPS thing 20 years ago and gave up on it, instead relying on my own ability..thats diminishing too ha ha though I still make it home.
Though I must say that on a Tahr hunt in NZ we would have been buggered getting back to camp without being bluffed.
Maybe I should revisit a GPS again.
