I have a friend who owns and runs a shoot as well as a game farm in Sweden, we were travelling one day to collect some hen pheasants and I asked him if the Landrover was a popular vehicle amongst hunters he replied " In Sweden we have a saying that goes all Landrover owners when they die they go to Heaven" I asked why's that then ? Hans replied "They have had their Hell on Earth !!
I can sympathise I have used them professionally as a gamekeeper and stalker as well as driving an armoured version known as a "snatch wagon" in Northern Ireland.
