No distaste in the comment or disrespect intended towards anyone, but (as I read a lot of history), has anyone else noticed that the remaining World Cup teams are USA, England, Japan, and Germany?

With Canada, China, France, and Australia having just gone out in the quarter finals, the roster sounds like a [peaceful] rematch of WWII participants.
