Well i have been in touch, guy seems fine, did a little name research on him as one would, trouble is he seems to want a German license, and he wants bank transfer as payment.

If he's in Germany, of course he's going to want to see a German Licence before he hands over a gun.
Like you in the UK, your not going to hand over a gun to someone without a licence.
If you want it exported to England, fid a dealer in Germany.
