John, I have a Cogsworth & Harrison Cosmos paradox that I have used for quail hunting. While I have never patterned this gun, it is an excellent quail gun. I don't believe that the small amoung of rifling in the choke impacts the shot pattern. I have killed birds fairly close (15 yds) with the right barrel and at fairly long range (35+ yds) with my left barrel. The gun delivers when I do my job of leading the birds. I attributed my missed shots to that guy pointing the gun (me). |
