Those 2 moulds might cast different parts of the exploding bullet/as-per James Forsyth's instructions in his book "The Sporting Rifle and it's Projectiles".
If you can get the compounds:
5 parts Potassium Chlorate
1 part Sulfur - I used Sublimed Sulfur (Flour of Sulfur)
1 part charcoal - I used ground up briquets

This is the detonating compound and works "a treat".
