Oh yes - so nice! 16 is such a perfect size for North America - everything including the big bears.

Forsyth stated the 16 was the minimum for dangerous game in India but would work fine. He was talking of muzzleloaders with hardened round balls. A SxS using hardened bullets and a GOOD powder charge could become near perfect, as his favourite was 14 bore with round balls.

These are also hooked breeches. This simplifies cleaning as there are no screws to unscrew aside form the lock bolt or bolts to remove the lock for cleaning as well.
