The Perrins is way over valued. The 4 Cortney is undervalued by a huge amount. If I was the owner, I would pull it out.
I agree with the poster who said RIA needs a new group of appraisers.
Bore condition SHOULD be mentioned.
The errors in their catalogs are one reason I don't sell at auction. Ido buy, however.
