I am just about to get back my Greener GP jungle gun. I have had a quarter rib with barrel band and master piece front sight etc fitted and it shortened to 22". A bit of fun really for charging muntjac and the odd rogue squirrel I have to deal with. I have had it cut for interchangeable choke tubes so I can use it as a shotgun or with rifled tube at the range with slugs (uk law, slugs at the range only) The remington flush fit rifled tube has a groove diameter of. 718 I believe, the bore is. 729. I am about to order a round ball mold from jeff tanner, what would be the optimum diameter to order for the best accuracy for target work. And what else should I consider. I will graduate to a fosbery mold in time and I will post some photos as soon as I get it back from the smith.
