Certainly mint original guns with all the original accoutrements do sell for a premium.
I know of 3 8 bores that sold over the last couple of years for well over 30k, one paradox just recently, of course it was a Holland. Nice guns but they may have seen some refurbishment.
At what point do refurbishments de- value these big guns?
I am not saying the Perrins is going to sell for 50k. I don't believe that valuation to be fair neither is under 25.
