Make or buy a punch and order your cork sheet from McMaster.com or similar.
You will give yourself a great deal of freedom if you do.

I make all my bore-rifle consumables besides powder and primers - including brass for some of my rifles.
Punching felt and cork sheet is simple and cost-effective.
