26in. nitro chopperlump barrels with raised matt ribs, tubes engraved 'BOSS & CO. 13, DOVER STREET. LONDON. ENGLAND.', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/4 choke, extra ball barrels (serial no. 10124 / 10125) with matt folding leaf sight for 30 yards and gold bead foresight, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. choke both, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, removable striker discs, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, non-selective single trigger, rolled-edge triggerguard, best fine bouquet and scroll engraving, retaining virtually full original colour-hardening and finish, 13 3/4in. highly-figured stock, weight 5lb. 12oz. and 5lb. 13oz. (extra barrels), in its lightweight leather case with some accessories and canvas and leather outer cover.

Provenance: The makers have kindly confirmed that this unusual combination was ordered on 1st December 1992. The records state that the gun was to be supplied with "an extra set of 26in. barrels, slight choke, for shooting boar. Front and back sights, sighted for 30 yards". The gun was completed in January 1995.
