Here are some of the tools I use when loading bore rifle cartridges.

The short cylindrical tool with the stepped bore is my crimp tool.

Any vice or press will do - and I often just use my big graver's block as it's right there in my lap...

Those are sixteen bore magtech with fourteen bore ball for a rifle set up for the thin brass case.
