the brenneke is made for what you just asked for used in drillings etc. and will most of the time shoot real good upto 50 meters.

the fosbury paradox slug is a different creature, and is diffecult to get to shoot good in smoothbores as far as i am informed, but if you wait a month or so i will do a small shoot out from a gun that shoots brennekes with a good grouping, and i will try to feed it fosbury slugs.
