How big is the High Fenced area?
If it is 1000 acres or more and has good cover, and you hunt on foot, then I say go for it.

I hunted a cow eland in Texas with the DRSS under high fence. We hunted on foot. It was not a sure deal, and we worked hard, had great fun, and got a good trophy and great meat.

Many years ago my brother and 2 friends hunted Mouflon Rams on a large place in Uvalde TX.

It too was a hard hunt, we had great fun.

It is all about the fun.
