AZ is pretty restrictive, but one can get javalina tags most of the time...not always...

Hunting in general in Nevada has been on a headlong decline for about 25 years. A non-resident can pay the price and get a tag from an outfitter he books, but this is not a privilege afforded RESIDENTS!
