I like croc meat. Have several kgs in the freezer. Not sure the recipe to use.
I just generally substitute it for recipes that have chicken in it. Throw it in with a pre mixed green curry and it is real nice.
Alas I lost the reader of it. Freezer turned off from a thunder storm and I wasn't aware for days, Binned some time ago
I like croc curry. I do a nice seafood fish and prawn Thai curry. Croc can also be used. But it does dilute the delicate croc flavour, It would make a special St Hubertus Feast entree course.
Cooked croc slices in a green salad would be nice. Maybe a spicy salad.
Must put together a saltwater croc cook book by NitroExpress. Include buffalo, venison,nroo, rabbit, hare, goat. Boar. Some of my "British India" style recipes I've already developed. Goulash, Devils Curry, Shikari Pie, etc
