I have some Swiss rancher friends who are also butchers. The use a .22 BRNO for shooting the cows & horses they butcher, but, only CCI Stinger ammo will work on the animal's foreheads, LR solids did not work.

I gave them a .22 Hornet & loading gear and components. They liked that one a lot better, but only used it on bulls, as the .22 LR would not do that trick on their much thicker foreheads.

I don't know why I mention this, but there it is.
