Ithink most of you guys are going for an overkill.For proghorn & whitetail,a .270 would be good enough,for elk,moose etc.a 7mm.mag.would be ideal & for larger game 300WB mag.would do the trick.As someone in this forum rightly says,"its not what you hit them with,its where you hit them".
