MAN..at first I thought there is no way WYOMING would do that..if you lived here you would understand that..Wyoming is a awesome state full of conservatives, low populations, no state tax and great hunting...they were also the first state to start wolf hunting after they were re-introduced back in 1996...basically told the feds to f**k off...Love that state..

Have to admit I kinda wished it to be true,,how awesome would that be to smoke those guys with rifles at long distance...
