Moose can be really exciting & a hunt everyone should go on at least once. They are such a big animal and get the heart rate up pretty good.

Nice young bull, too - good shape, good genetics - that will be good eating.

No better spagetti-sauce than made with moose burger.

Mixed 1/3-1/3-1/3 with beef and pork - BEST hamburgers or for Hamburger steak meal with gravy and onions. OH boy !
