Quote: They do eat them Daryl..we had some for lunch one day..but the locals collected them all and hung them up in the meat locker.. The area we were at is over run with them..like a p-dog town..IMHO, they need to be seriously thinned out..which I offered the owner to do --think with a good 22-250 you could have a lot of fun for many many days... The buffalo are big..they have tons of feed to eat..grass there is really thick and lush..so no shortage for the game..It was interesting to see the area, terrain, etc and how many cattle are in that country..or how many cows you can have per acre for that matter..in that area they are running 1 cow/calf pair per 2-3 acres..amazing...as an old farm boy that was incredible to see.. Nice people dealing with and seeing the locals... farms yards are very well kept..nice to see..lots of poverty however in the cities such as Cordoba..one driver to me, yes, you dont want to be poor in Argentina..
