Bloody terrible to hear you got such a bad deal, lets hope your next one is a much more pleasant experience! Hope the foot gets better soon matey, ligament damage can take a lot of time to repair; surgery may be your only option.
Better to get it fixed rather than blow a valve out in the sticks & put yourself at risk.
Keep the practice up, you can't go on your next hunt looking like a novice!
It'll happen for you - I bet the lads out there will be able to set you onto a proper outfit that will look after you no matter what game you're after & what continent!
