ditto In BC - he could/should/hopefully would be charged with harassment of wild game. To disturb wild game, that game must be in season and the individual harassing them must have a hunting license, and the appropriate game tags. I'd turn that a--hole in a heartbeat - just as I would have those despicable Greenpiece dimwits for harassing wildlife and American Hunters in Spatzizi National Park during a lawful hunt in the 70's and again in the early 80's. I wasn't in the Park at that time, but did happen hear about it - the Greenpiece twits did get the crap beat out of them by some phantoms they could not identify in court when they attempted to press assault charges. Case dropped. This guy on the powered glider deserves some of the same treatment - in my honest opinion, of course. |
