I have no opportunity to hunt Bear myself in Sweden. But when Bearhunting started to grow in Sweden some years ago, we shoot today about 300 a year, to bait was ok. But after a few years it became illegal. Now this year as a test period its ok in some areas and probably baiting will be legal next year in all Bearhunting areas. Most Bears in Sweden are hunted and shot with the help of specialised dogs.
