We had 43.6C (abt 111F) last week so went to the beach to improve the suntan. Some folk I know got 47.6C at Oodnadatta (worth a google). In 1960 they got 50C!Quote:

Well, -19 this AM (that's about -2 for the US boys still on the old "English" system  - heh, heh) - warming to -5C tonight, -5 (maybe 20F) tomorrow and supposed to be +5 for Tuesday - that would be about 40F I guess. What 'wonderul' weather we having today. Spend part of it shooting air rifle indoors - .22 for me - my 'bunny' rifle, but too cold and gloomy for snowshoes to be out and about. Maybe Tuesday if it's sunny.
