The 2,900 acres in Failey, Reilly and Tremont townships is owned by Wilkes-Barre-based Pagnotti Enterprise, parent company of the Natural Coal Company and Indian Head Coal Company, and is known locally as Fountain Mountain, Indian Head and Middle Creek.
