I read this article somewhere and my first thought was who the hell hunts there anyway. I sure haven't noticed any Costa Rican outfitters trying to sell hunts. Jaguars are off limits anyway and I haven't had much desire to shoot monkeys.

I think this gal is trying to get money or political support from the anti-hunting groups.
