As an unfortunate resident of "The Peoples Republic of Minnesota" this is typical of the mutton heads that live here in the state where nothing is allowed or taxed to death. We even had some old dingbat broad start war against Buckthorn shrubs ( It has no thorns) because it might wipe out the oak seedlings trying to survive under it, oak seedlings don't survive under Pines or Sumac either but they didn't look. The Buckthorn was bad because it's an evasive non native species similar to the evil
