My daughter's tree planting crew returned to camp to find a black bear eating cans of bear spray. His entire head was red from the capsicum spray when he pierced the cans. We have an annual buffalo hunt here in northern B.C. - all wild animals. Originally a guide and outfitter up in Fort Nelson (I think) area bought some - years ago and after a while, they kept breaking out and now there is a substancial wild population of these woods buffalo - again. Yes - 2,000 pounds is a good bull. John - that charging bear look like he's pissed off. I wouldn't want to have been taking that picture unless it was with a telephoto and I had a big rifle at hand. That's an exciting picture! Makes for some impressive imaging in the mind. |
