That .50-110 load was the high velocity smokeless load.

Seems to me, there was also a 350 and 450gr. load as well, although I don't know how they would have shot in the extremely slow round ball twist (56") Winchester put in their .50 cal. M86's.

The slow twist and resulting lack of good accuracy probably kept them from becoming more popular than they should have been.
